Every day, we combine ingenuity with superior service to help our customers grow their business. We try our best to support all our products by investing in a vast inventory of spare parts and technical training. The biggest department in BISMAC, with over 50 people nationwide, takes care of much of our pre-sales and after sales support. Many decades ago, our founder conceived the slogan, "The 'S' in BISMAC stands for "SERVICE". Even after over 60 years in the business, we stand by this.

CUSTOMIZED SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE

For software customization, we can add and remove modules depending on our customers' needs. Aside from our standard software, BISMAC customizes software to cater to our client's specific requirements. Your vision and ideas can become reality - anything is possible. BISMAC prides itself with importing good quality machines for our regular inventory. However, we have created Touchscreen Kiosks based on our customer's needs. From simple touchscreen time and attendance kiosks to payment kiosks that accept money, read loyalty cards and issue receipts per transaction. BISMAC installs many of our products on site allowing the customer to get one on one training. We assist in the creation of databases when needed, cabling, network design, testing and integration with the existing hardware and software. If the equipment has consumables we can provide this as well. We invest in our products to provide our customers with the most convenient support. Annual Maintenance Agreements are offered to customers that want periodic on site preventive maintenance visits to keep their machines clean and in tip-top condition. We are Authorized Service Centers of Brother and Canon aside from all the brands we import.
