JOB DETAILS :

• Perform administrative and office support activities for the Sales Department.
• Logging phone calls, receiving and directing customers/visitors.
• Processing documents, faxing and e-mailing proposals to clients.
• Assist sales staff in remote location.
• Process expense report, tracking of sales progress and maintaining department database records of
  customers/contact.
• Act as liason between traveling sales representatives and staff based in the main office.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• College graduate of any business or administrative course
• At least 20 years old
• Strong computer and organizational skills are required
• Can create precise and concise reports
• Minimum supervision is required
• Can work harmoniously with a team
