• Must be updated with the recent technology available in the industry.
• Maintain effective and good relationships with all suppliers and customers.
• Train the technicians and end-users on new and old products.
• Monitor the customer initial setup and ongoing maintenance processes regarding the installation, training, and
  ongoing support burdens.
• Contact customers, including their management, on a regular basis to discuss open issues, ongoing needs, and
  future plans.
• Answers technical queries from the Branches and from the Customers.
• Coordinates with suppliers for technical issues.
• Perform training, consulting or other support services (including telephone support and production services) for
  customers as directed.


• A degree in Bachelor of Science major in Electronics Communications Engineering (BSECE) or Computer Engineering (BSCOE)
• At least three (3) year experience working in the industry with equivalent position
• Supervisory skills is a must
• Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage
• Knowledge in Software Application is an advantage
• Must be highly analytical
• Able to generate precise and concise Technical report and evaluation
